What materials do you use?

All materials are listed in detail in our product descriptions.

Please note that no two stones are identical. They can vary slightly in color and size, as well as contain imperfections, due to their natural state. We believe that this adds to the character of each piece and enhances its unique beauty.
Items that are gold plated may change slightly in colour over time – to help prevent this, please follow the care instructions below and included with your order.

What are the care instructions for my jewellery?

A few tips to help keep your jewellery bright and sparkly:

    • Remove jewellery before sleeping, bathing and exercising.
    • Apply all cosmetics and perfumes before putting jewellery on.
    • Avoid direct contact with chemicals including chlorine.
    • Store in a pouch or wrapped in a soft cloth.
    • Clean with a soft cotton cloth and warm water. Use a tiny drop of liquid soap if needed.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes we do – and it’s completely free!
All of our pieces come in a presentation box.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!
Standard shipping within the UAE is free.
Standard worldwide shipping is offered at a flat rate of USD 15.

When will I receive my order?

All Tribe Frost items are handmade / made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. In most cases, pieces are shipped within 10 business days.

We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner however, due to the handmade nature of our products, we ask that customers be aware of this production window.

Who pays for any taxes/fees/duties?

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are unable to pre-calculate these fees for you as the cost is determined by each individual country’s customs policy and is completely out of our control.

What is your return / exchange policy?

As many of our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or issue exchanges. Please read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

What if my item is faulty?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If your item is faulty, please message us at info@tribefrost.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will be happy to discuss a remedial course of action with you.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of any items. Tribe Frost is not liable for any missing packages.
